Giant Basement

The basement is huge.  Aside from the VERY generous rec. room, there is a large bedroom, full bathroom, office, workout room and a storage area/workshop.  There are also a couple of smaller closed storage areas, too.

All in all, this is a great area to kick back and shoot some pool, run a home office, build out a home theater or make the space your own.
