This is a really cool tour solution.  It offers a lot of options that aren’t on other virtual tours.  Aside from the load of pictures and pile of panoramas there are asome interactive features, like the StyleDesigner and SpaceDesigner.

StyleDesigner allows you to customize the paint and flooring in the kitchen, master bedroom and the great room.  In addition, the counters can be changed out in the kitchen.

The SpaceDesigner allows you to pull furniture into a floor plan.  You can move it around and see how things fit in the home.  If your furniture is a different size that the large selection of “stock” furniture, you can resize and modify the furniture to suite your needs.

This morning I dropped by 590 Baltimore Ave in Lilburn to meet with the sellers and the inspector.  They were having a pre-listing inspection performed to make sure that everything was in perfect condition.

It is obvious from just walking through that the property has been well cared for during the fifteen years since it was custom built.  While I have yet to see a perfect property… even brand new construction… this one ranks pretty well.

When the results become available, we will share them with any interested buyers.  Of course, I still recommend that buyers have their own inspector perform a thorough inspection of any property they wish to purchase.  At the same time, buyers can offer with confidence that there won’t be giant hidden defects uncovered during the inspection that derail their dream home… or worse, defects that aren’t uncovered during their inspection that turn the dream home into a nightmare.

Welcome to 590BaltimoreAve.com.  We have begun the build-out of the website for this beautiful home, and it will be recieving a lot of updates over the coming days and weeks.  There are lots of cool things coming to the site.

Of course you expect to see pictures of the house and descriptions of the property, but there will be so much more than that.  We have a property video coming up as well as a virtual interactive floorplan.  There will be more pictures, too.  And lot of links to area points of interest, schools and local information.
