Trickum Middle School has pretty solid reviews on GreatSchools.net. It is one of a few schools in Georgia that mange a 9 of 10 rating. It serves students in the 6th through 8th grades.
CRCT scores stack up pretty well against state averages. Reading (scores in the mid 90s v. high 80s to low 90s for the state) and Language Arts (mid to high 90s v. high 80s to low 90s for the state) are the strong areas, while Social Studies (82% v. 59% for the state… only test in 8th grade) and Science (81s and a 92% v. 60% to 75% for the state) seem to be the weakest… but still well above average. Math was generally in the middle, but again there was a substantial spread between Trickum’s scores and the state averages.
